Sforzando Leonbergers is a family kennel in the Piedmont of North Carolina dedicated to producing beautiful, sound, and healthy Leonbergers with strong presence of body and mind. We strive to produce Leonbergers who can thrive anywhere from the couch to the show ring and contribute as a loving and balanced family member wherever they go.

Copeland Takes Group Placement!

At just two years of age, Copeland scored his first Group placement at the Furniture city classic under well known judge, Donavan Thompson. Thank you Mr. Thompson for recognizing the virtues in this young fella! Copeland believes this is just a warmup for 2012. Read more on Sforzando's NEWS PAGE.

Our Summer Litter Was Another Success

Our D Litter arrived on May 24th with Ika (LCA CH. Nika von Alpensee) delivering three boy and three girl Leonberger puppies. On May 26th, Bru (GCH Brubecks Take 5 di Sforzando) delivered a single female puppy. ALL PUPPIES HAVE GONE TO WONDERFUL HOMES. To find out more about our litters, please visit our LITTERS PAGE.

You can never know if Leonbergers are the perfect breed for you unless you get to know some! We are happy to share our Leonbergers with interested folks by appointment. Our Leonbergers are very friendly and children are welcome. Leonberger gatherings are also a wonderful place to meet Leonbergers and Leonberger fanciers.
